The chaos suggests that Republican leadership does not have the skills it needs to govern.
It doesn’t “suggest” they don’t have the skills, it screams it out loud for all the world — friends, allies, and enemies/adversaries alike — to see. Reverting to Yiddish, it’s a shanda.
